A Common Law Commercial Lien has been lawfully established between Jacinta and Manfred Taylor and Janice Fisk, herein referred to as the “tort-feaser”.

Jacinta and Manfred Taylor have been the subject of a wrong, that is a tort, at the hands of the tort-feaser, and their remedy in law is to place lien on the property of “Janice Fisk” until the wrong has been set aright.

Jacinta and Manfred Taylor, are therefore lawfully able to seize goods and assets that belong to the tort-feaser, up to the amount of the Commercial Lien, that, as at 31 December 2022, is currently $253,396.27, Two hundred and fifty-three thousand three hundred and ninety-six dollars and twenty-seven cents, and increasing cumulatively per day for inflation as calculated:
